Return & Refund Policy – House Of Gilomora

At House Of Gilomora, we take pride in offering premium fragrances crafted with care and hygiene standards. Due to the personal nature of perfumes and cosmetic products, we follow a strict yet customer-friendly return and refund policy.

1. Returns & Exchanges

For hygiene and safety reasons, perfumes once delivered cannot be returned or exchanged if:

  • The product has been opened or used
  • The seal or packaging has been tampered with
  • The fragrance preference did not match personal expectations

Fragrance perception is subjective and may vary from person to person.

2. Damaged, Leaked or Wrong Product

If you receive:

  • A damaged product
  • A leaking bottle
  • Wrong item delivered
  • Missing item in package

Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:

  • Order ID
  • Unboxing video
  • Clear product photos

Without a proper unboxing video, claims may not be accepted.

After verification, we will provide:

  • Replacement product, or
  • Store credit / refund (if applicable)

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are only applicable in the following cases:

  • Order cancelled before dispatch
  • Product unavailable after payment
  • Verified damaged/wrong product case approved by our team

Refunds are not applicable for:

  • Change of mind
  • Fragrance preference issues
  • Minor packaging variations
  • Delayed delivery caused by courier partners or unforeseen circumstances

4. Cancellation Policy

Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch.

Once the order has been shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.

5. COD Orders

House Of Gilomora reserves the right to deny Cash On Delivery (COD) service for certain locations or customers based on order history and delivery feasibility.

Repeated fake orders or refusal of COD deliveries may result in future order restrictions.

6. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

Bank processing timelines may vary depending on the payment provider.
