• Dispatch Timeline: We value your time. All orders are processed and dispatched within 24–48 hours of being placed.
• Delivery Timeline: Standard delivery across India takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location.
• Tracking: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via SMS and Email to monitor your package's journey in real-time.
• Shipping Charges: We offer free standard shipping on all prepaid orders. A nominal fee may apply for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.

2. Return & Exchange Policy

Perfume is a personal hygiene product. To ensure the safety and quality standards for all our customers, we adhere to a strict hygiene policy.

• Opened Products: We cannot accept returns or exchanges on opened or used perfume bottles. Once the seal is broken, the product is considered non-returnable.
• Damaged or Wrong Items: In the unlikely event that your bottle arrives damaged, leaked, or if you receive the wrong product, we will replace it free of charge.How to Claim: Please email us at gilomoracare@gmail.com or WhatsApp us at +91 7579862456 within 48 hours of delivery. Proof Required: Please attach a clear photo or video of the damaged/wrong item.
• The Discovery Set: If you are unsure about a scent, we highly recommend purchasing our Discovery Set first. This allows you to test the fragrances on your skin before committing to a full-sized bottle.

3. Cancellation Policy

• Before Dispatch: You may cancel your order at any time before it has been dispatched from our warehouse. A full refund will be initiated to your original payment method.
• After Dispatch: Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
